Crease India: Return & Exchange Policy


• FOR INDIAN ORDERS:

  • Free Exchanges (30 Days): Need a different size or color? Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a free exchange.
  • One-Time Exchange: Each item is eligible for one exchange to keep things seamless.
  • 30-Day Return Window: Not the right fit? Return the item within 30 days for a refund (15% restocking fee applies).
  • Condition Matters: Returns are accepted only if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 15 days of inspection in the form of store credit, and customers will be notified via WhatsApp chat. If return criteria aren't met, the item will be shipped back to you, and return shipping costs will apply.
  • Restocking Fee & Store Credit: 15% will be deducted from the item value, and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.

• SPECIAL CASES

  • Wrong Item Received? We’ll correct it with a full refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom pieces, accessories, sale items, and combo discounts (e.g., “Buy 2, Get Extra Discount”) are not eligible for returns.
  • EOSS Purchases: End of Season Sale items can only be exchanged, not returned and only if a wrong product is delivered.
  • Final Sale Items: Items purchased using FINALSALE10, flat 20% discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchanged Item: Once product is exchanged, then it is not eligible for returns.
  • Store Credits: Items purchased on store credits are final and are ineligible for exchange or returns.

• FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

  • Returns & Exchanges: Same 30-day policy applies. However, customers are required to ship the product back to our India address (shared upon approval) at their own expense for both returns and exchanges. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns.
  • Exchange Shipping Costs: For exchanges, customers must also bear the shipping cost of sending the replacement product from India to their international address.
  • Duties & Taxes: All customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges on return shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Lost/Damaged Returns: Use a reliable, trackable courier; we are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.
  • No Cancellations: Once placed, international orders cannot be canceled.

• Store Credit: Used store credit will not be reinstated in case of returns.
